Bonsoy (The best organic Soy milk from japan)
comes in boxes of six and we have to open them on the side,
because of Teresa in the photo below.
She uses the boxes to put her wool and knitting things in.
Teresa also buys the wheat free muesli we make up at the store..
We can never keep up with the demand
the faithful get very miffed if the muesli is not available.
After putting her shopping in her bag today
Teresa presented me with the' Elwoods favorite Muesli scarf '.
The beautiful hand made tag said:
" Elwood's Favorite Muesli Scarf "
"For Tony at the Elwood
General Store
=================
Made with love by
Teresa- the Bonsoy box lady "
The white is the soy milk blending in with the browns of the muesli,
the crunchy rice bran, oats and barley flakes,
, the green is for the pepitas and the pink is for...
"The fresh strawberries we put on top of it!".
The Muesli scarf is so soft
its so warm and comforting
its delicious!
It made my heart skip a beat when I put it on for a photo
(not shown-I have to say, on the worst days for a photo-see post below))
Tony on the other hand has not taken it off since I handed it on to him.
Teresa I think your muesli scarf will be way more popular than the muesli..
What a Joy to behold.
Thank you from Tony xx.
You know you're doing something right when your customers keep giving you gifts.
ReplyDeleteI know I know!!
ReplyDeleteAND How fantastic is a muesli inspired scarf..
I just love it.
Thank you for being just a little shop in Elwood for all us little people in Elwood who like to knit, read, cook, smell, knit, love our children, sew, tap dance and knit!
