Talent

Today at 12 noon
the Elwood general store
was to be filled with' Talent'
or so the running sheet said.

XYZ Studios filmed an ad for
Breast cancer awareness in our store,
very apt considering my mum is a breast cancer survivor
and Tony's mum passed away from cancer recently
and Tony's sister is on the tale end of cancer recovery.

So at 12:30 the talent arrived and drank coffee
the crew arrived and
the shots were set
the audio was put down,
little lola who was in the store with her nannie
began to screech, so she had to leave-
they even wanted to turn the fridges off but hey...
we still gotta function, life is no dress rehearsal!

And LOCATION: ELWOOD GENERAL STORE was shot..

It was all so busy we forgot to take pictures
but XYZ did, so watch this space,
and in the meantime here are some
