It is also a really gorgeous place to eat on Smith Street in Collingwood.
Nada and I, a few Fridays ago,
bussed across town on cold clear night.
We went to my friends art exhibition
and afterwards partook in a light supper ,
died and went to heaven.
Our simple meal,
a crudite of fennel and
'jus' little veg-a-tables" ( use your cutest french accent)
with the most perfect mayonnaise dressing,
Mt.Zero Kalimata olives
et un verre de pinot gris. perfect. really.
The service was just incredible
One person for the whole place
which was packed..!
and packed may I say of gorgeous, friendly people.
Some of whom I met in the queue to the loo.
Mon Dieu! I was in love with 'tout le monde. '
So much so, the lovelies next to us ordered the creme caramel
following their lead, so too did we.
To die for.
.......et voila! there it was chalked up on the blackly painted wall,
'we use local organic ingredients where possible.'
Need I say more,
other than Go!
